RHHS Student Council

What does the Treasurer do? Here's a description, modified from the Application Form for this year's elections.

The Treasurer is the Money Man (or Woman). He/she is basically responsible for the finances of the Student Council, and for all of the other clubs in the school, and he/she must keep track of their expenses. Furthermore, the Treasurer must be somewhat familiar with basic accounting procedures, as he or she makes an income statement after every Student Council event. Also, like other Student Council members, the Treasurer is expected to contribute ideas and opinions on Student Council decisions, reminding the council of the financial aspects of their choices.
